It feels like something has clicked. I don’t know if it’s just a part of “growing up” or what, but I seem to have the strength now to do things (ie. Keeping promises to myself) that I really haven’t been able to do before. I am more organized, and suddenly have the tendency to make plans ahead of time, instead of being a spur-of-the-moment type of person.
The resolutions I made earlier in the month are keeping me honest: I have been flossing every day, brushing with baking soda (whitening action!), and have been going to the gym regularly. I am saving money better, and getting things done for the wedding. I have been studying up on my French skillz (of which there are few), and have been pretty much the premier organizer for the trip to France.
25 seems to be the age where everything is coming together, which is a really awesome feeling. The B and I are making plans for the future. Not just for the year ahead of us, but for the rest of our lives. It just really feels good.
I am, however, still really bad at writing thank-you cards. We’ll see how that works once the wedding is over.
I am pleased to hear of your dilligent oral hygiene practices.
